Finally, the vendor must coordinate with board counsel and other stakeholders on administrative appeals and litigation matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Eligibility rules restrict the opportunity to onshore vendors located in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be onsite in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
