Clinical Lead and Survivorship Service

The government authority located in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide clinical lead and survivorship services. The agency needs visionary leadership to plan, deliver, and evaluate services for cancer survivors while advancing survivorship-related program operations, strategic objectives, and deliverables. This role requires providing guidance, expertise, and leadership to a broad swath of stakeholders, including regional oncology programs, clinical leaders, and program staff. The agency is trying to solve the problem of fragmented care by improving the patient and provider experience through the achievement of Survivorship Program goals. The scope of work also requires maintaining partnerships with Primary Care Providers to improve transitions in care. The performance of this work will take place offsite over a contract period of two years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in Canada only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 23, 2026.
