Portable Toilet Rental and Services, Continuing Services

Leon County, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide continuing portable toilet rental and servicing. The agency requires stationary portable toilet support on a daily, monthly, special event, and emergency response basis. All provided units must feature at least two mounted toilet paper rolls, waterless hand sanitizer, and internal locking mechanisms. The selected contractor must respond to any reported unit tip-overs or malfunctions within a maximum of two hours, except during special events where custom response times will be established. The agency requires the removal of all special event equipment within twenty-four hours of event completion. Vendors are prohibited from storing portable units on Leon County property while awaiting future rentals. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
