College, Career, and Military Readiness Materials and Services

The Houston, Texas government authority is seeking college, career, and military readiness materials and services to assess student growth and prepare students for post-secondary success. To address these needs, the agency is requesting instructional supplies, preparation materials, direct student services, tutorials, and specialized online platforms. The scope of work covers college and career readiness assessments, licenses, certification materials, and software to monitor student progress. The agency also requires training for campus and central office staff on college access, affordability, readiness, career-focused certifications, and leadership development. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget parameters. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 3, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions regarding the procurement no later than July 31, 2026.
