Property Redevelopment and New Construction Builders and Developers Services

The Housing Authority of Decatur, Georgia is seeking property redevelopment and new construction builders and developers to revitalize vacant and underutilized properties. The agency aims to organize developers by experience and capacity to match them appropriately with upcoming projects. Through this initiative, the agency intends to promote high-quality redevelopment that aligns with neighborhood plans and community needs. The scope of work covers master developers, established builders, emerging and startup builders, rehabilitation specialists, and innovative or non-traditional builders. The project also encompasses neighborhood commercial and community facility developers, residential development, commercial and community development, and construction and specialized services. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026, and the agency will accept responses digitally via email or online.
