Benefits Broker Professional Services

The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire is seeking a benefits partner to provide expert benefits broker professional services and guidance. The agency needs to develop short- and long-range employee benefit goals and strategies, determine cost-efficient funding methods, and ensure plan competitiveness. The selected partner will prepare bid specifications, solicit proposals from group insurance markets, evaluate bidders, and analyze proposed alternatives to assist with annual renewal options. The scope of work also covers providing budget analysis, modeling premium cost share options, and presenting reports to Town representatives or union officials. The agency requires support to establish its Employee Benefits Brand, improve employee productivity, and enhance employee engagement through innovative ideas, new products, and technology. Additionally, the partner must administer the Retirement System subsidy billing on behalf of the Town. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected partner to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
