The government authority located in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide an employee assistance program, elder care, traumatic event counseling, and substance abuse professional services. The agency needs to solve the problem of supporting its personnel through short-term confidential counseling, referral services, and work-life support. The requested scope covers elder care support, grief counseling, threat of violence potential services, and critical incident stress response provided in both on-site and live virtual settings. The selected contractor must provide consultation services for supervisors regarding employee performance concerns, workplace stressors, and EAP referrals. The agency also requires supervisor and management training, including educational workshops and training modules available on-site and via live virtual platforms. Additionally, the provider must offer online scheduling for users to view and schedule appointments, and deliver telephone counseling services regardless of the geographic location of the eligible members or their elder relatives. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The agency requires that all counseling and clinical services be provided by licensed and credentialed professionals who meet applicable state licensing requirements. Performance of the work will be offsite, and the contractor must carry out the work in their own office premises. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
