Low Income Housing Tax Credit Consultant Services

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is seeking low income housing tax credit consultant services to facilitate an affordable housing project in Salt River, Arizona. The agency needs a partner to develop the affordable housing project concept and complete all necessary work to submit a low income housing tax credit application in Arizona. The selected partner must also solicit and secure an equity investor upon receipt of the credit award, close the transaction, and facilitate capital disbursements through the construction and completion phases, including the issuance of IRS Form 8609. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite at the selected vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted materials to select a qualified consultant for these services.
