Psychological Services

The Point Isabel Independent School District in Port Isabel, Texas is seeking a consultant to provide onsite psychological services for identified students. The selected provider will conduct psychological evaluations directly at the school site and coordinate all service visit scheduling with the District’s Director for Special Education. To ensure compliance, the provider must deliver these services in accordance with the guidelines required by the Texas State Board of Education. The district requires the provider to permit the Director for Special Education to examine the program of services and inspect all related student records. For billing, the provider must submit a complete itemized record of services rendered, with charges adhering to the fee schedule approved by the district. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite work. The district is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
