Immigration Legal Defense Fund Services

The Colorado government authority is seeking a vendor to provide statewide Immigration Legal Defense Fund Services. The agency needs to develop and implement a statewide immigrant integration plan, alongside the implementation of supporting programs, policies, and processes. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of providing customized legal services based on individual needs for immigrants facing legal proceedings. The scope of work covers bond hearings, asylum applications, adjustment of status, Board of Immigration Appeals appeals, and Employment Authorization Document applications. The selected vendor must also handle any other forms or processes that become legally necessary for each individual case. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders.
