Event Management Sustainability Service

The agency is seeking the services of a professional event planning company to support the planning and hosting of public-facing and stakeholder-focused events. The primary goal is to increase participation in sustainability programs and activities. The targeted audiences for these events include public agency staff, real estate professionals, trades people, small businesses owners, educators, homeowners, apartment owners, and the general community. The scope of work covers a wide range of events to achieve these goals. These events may include summits, retreats, networking events, cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, and trainings for professional audiences. The selected provider will also manage workshops to promote programs, focus groups, forums, open houses, home tours, listening sessions, pop-up outreach events, community meetings, fairs, festivals, town halls, and neighborhood meetings. The work will take place both offsite and onsite. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the contract period to run for one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
