Event Services

The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event services for various events hosted across its locations. For signage, the district requires the production and placement of posters, banners, directional signage, and congratulatory yard signs across various district locations. The disc jockey services must include music, emcee services, and sound system setups for events such as dances, pep rallies, and graduations. The district also requires the delivery of both digital and print options, including digital copies of all event photos after each event. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the performance of the work will take place offsite, bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The district has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine pricing.
