Communications Vice President Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide communications vice president services to support its national initiatives. This role requires integrating organization-level and initiative-level communications while serving as a key member of the executive team to advise on organizational strategy. The work also requires developing a proactive media strategy to position the project and its leadership as national thought leaders through message development, media training, press materials, and reporter relationship-building. Additionally, the project covers movement-building and content dissemination. The vendor must partner with the communications director and program leaders to integrate communications into the design of content, courses, and learning tools. Finally, the vendor must help define and track communications-related indicators, such as reach, engagement, adoption, and field impact, to align with strategic plan goals. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
