Promotional Items, Sourvenirs, Awards, Sports Gear, and Spirit Wear Products and Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive range of promotional items, souvenirs, awards, sports gear, and spirit wear products and services. The project covers silk-screening wearable items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and spirit wear with the agency logo, as well as affixing the logo to other items. The selected vendor must also provide and enable e-commerce capabilities using punch-out catalogs. Bidders must be organizations based onshore in the United States. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit specific responses to the agency questions and must not provide superfluous materials, such as marketing materials or website links, in lieu of or in response to these questions, as doing so may result in disqualification. Bidders may, however, submit brand literature or a website link specifically to demonstrate the equivalency of an offered product. The contract period will run for one year. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 08, 2026.
