RFI for Conference Hoteling Services

The United States government authority located in Wright Patterson, Ohio, is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing conference hoteling services. The agency requires a partner with the ability to obtain minimum data requirements, including engineering drawings, engineering analyses and models, test or qualification reports, parts lists, and technical orders. Additionally, the agency needs to determine what further government support a vendor would require to deliver the necessary scope of T-7 services. The project requires in-depth knowledge of T-7 systems and subsystems, or a demonstrated ability to attain this knowledge within a reasonable period following a contract award. This technical expertise must cover general aircraft, avionics and electrical systems, flight technologies, subsystems, engines and propulsion integration, fuel, and structures. The agency is requesting that all performance of the work occur offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations and has not disclosed a pre-determined funding limit or specific key dates in the initial request. Evaluation will focus on the vendor's demonstrated technical capability and their plan for acquiring the necessary T-7 systems knowledge.
