RFI for ManTech Program Conference Services

The Office of the Secretary of Defense Manufacturing Technology Program is seeking information to identify vendors capable of organizing, planning, and executing its annual defense manufacturing conference. This event brings together industry and government stakeholders to discuss topics related to the manufacturing technology program and the advanced manufacturing industrial base. The agency requires a partner to manage all pre-planning, content development, logistics, travel, execution, and wrap-up activities. The selected vendor must develop technical session content, issue a call for abstracts, and arrange for technical session participants. The agency requires the development of a registration fee structure that incentivizes attendance from across the defense manufacturing, industrial base, and program management communities. To support outreach, the vendor must develop, store, update, and utilize conference mailing lists. The scope of work includes video recording the conference general sessions and providing photography for all sessions and ceremonies. The agency expects the conference costs to be covered through revenue generated from attendee registration, exhibitor fees, sponsorship fees, and other collected performance-related fees. The agency limits eligibility to United States organizations. The selected contractor must perform the work onsite in Washington, DC. Interested parties may submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and approach.
