Extended Stay Hotel Management Services

A government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide extended-stay hotel management services. The agency needs to operate the property as a low-barrier extended-stay hotel where income from room rents covers all operating expenses. The selected vendor will collect rents, manage the operating account, establish and enforce tenancy agreements, and provide housekeeping services.
