RFI for Conference Hotel Developer Services

The Colorado government authority is seeking qualified developers to validate market interest and provide strategic input on a viable, market-supported conference hotel project. The agency needs feedback on the development program, project scope, positioning, feasibility, operating performance, order-of-magnitude cost estimates, potential sources and uses of funds, preferred deal structure, and key risks. The ultimate goal is to identify a development team to design, finance, construct, own, and operate the project. The project scope covers a nationally branded, full-service upscale hotel with over two hundred keys, featuring full-service amenities such as indoor dining and a rooftop beverage and event space. The hotel must physically integrate or directly connect to a conference facility that includes a divisible ballroom, meeting rooms, and pre-function space. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and financial structure for this development. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The selected partner will perform the requested advisory and development services offsite.
