Event Equipment Rental Service

The City of Scottsdale, Arizona, requires a vendor to provide event equipment rental services throughout the year for approximately twenty various events and programs. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of equipping events of varying scales by securing a reliable supply of canopies, tables, and chairs. An event coordinator or supervisor will provide the specific requirements for each individual occurrence. The scope of work covers three tiers of events, ranging from small events requiring ten canopies and ten tables to medium events requiring thirty canopies, fifty tables, and one hundred to two hundred chairs.
