Fire Protection Service

The Ohio-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fire protection services for its medical facility. This facility delivers inpatient medical care to approximately 250 incarcerated adult patients and serves hundreds of outpatient specialty care patients weekly from various institutions. The agency requires these services to ensure the safety and operational continuity of its specialized healthcare environment. The scope of work covers the maintenance and servicing of specific fire protection infrastructure across the facility. This infrastructure includes one pit entry, one hot box entry, four inside facility areas, and a Halon/Sapphire system. The selected vendor must service six control panels, six duct detectors, 34 pull stations, 188 smoke detectors, 83 combination devices, and one rolling fire door. Additionally, the service requirements encompass three halon extinguishers, two K-type extinguishers, and 100 ABC extinguishers. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services.
