Call Center Staffing Services

The North Carolina public broadcasting authority is seeking call center staffing services to manage communications with its nearly 105,000 members and its television viewing audience. The selected vendor must provide call agents to answer and field phone calls and respond to voicemails from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Additionally, the agency prefers a vendor capable of providing 24-hour call agent staffing for a dedicated pledge line to accept donations, document premium gifts, and record request notes for the daytime team. The project covers offsite call center operations to support a public broadcasting network that delivers four unique program channels to all 100 counties in North Carolina. The external call center must maintain strict data-security measures across all in-person and remote agent environments, including telephony, call recording, customer relationship management or ticketing systems, payment processing, and subcontractor setups. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all clarifying questions to be submitted no later than June 12, 2026. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to reviewing budget proposals to determine the cost of the services.
