Sign Language Interpreting Services

The agency is seeking qualified, certified sign language interpreters to provide services to deaf and hard of hearing students. This procurement addresses the need for coverage when an employee is absent or when the district has a vacancy for a sign language interpreter. Assigned interpreters will facilitate communication in mainstream general education classes or other functions as determined by the Admission, Review and Dismissal committee. The project covers offsite performance of the work for a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select the qualified vendors.
