Development of Communications Support Services

The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a vendor to provide communications support services to promote the economic development of small and local businesses. Bidders must demonstrate advanced skills with professional-grade communications software tools, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, and Cision or Critical Mention. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performing vendor must execute all work onsite at the Pennsylvania location.
