Strategy and Resource Mobilization Services

The service provider must help develop and communicate proposal strategy, win themes, and design approaches while assisting the technical lead in securing necessary resources like writers and reviewers. The agency requires the vendor to coordinate and direct the final production, submission, and archiving of all proposal documentation. This contract demands the resolution of internal team issues and the continuous communication of changes and new information to the full proposal team. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
