Strategic Plan Consultant Services

The issuing agency is seeking a strategic plan consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive, evidence-informed strategic planning and engagement process. This initiative must reflect the needs of patients, families, staff, physicians, learners, partners, and the broader community. The selected consultant will design and lead the planning process, develop and execute a stakeholder engagement approach, and conduct environmental and jurisdictional scans as appropriate. The scope of work requires facilitating sessions with leadership, staff, and key stakeholders to synthesize findings into clear strategic directions and priorities. The consultant will also support the development of the final Strategic Plan document. All performance of the work must occur offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is restricted strictly to Canadian organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
