Housing Demand Study Service

The government authority located in Christiansted, Virgin Islands is seeking professional consulting services to conduct a housing demand study and resilience plan. The authority needs to assess current and future housing needs throughout the territory to support informed decision-making and long-term planning. The final deliverables will serve as a strategic framework to improve housing accessibility, affordability, and resiliency across the territory. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The authority allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the authority is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
