Redesign Teacher Compensation with Financial Modelling Service

The District of Columbia government is seeking a partner to redesign its teacher compensation models as part of an agency initiative to recruit and retain the best teachers for students. The selected partner will support the core areas of dynamic financial modeling, design decision support, operational implementation, and tool development and training.
