RFI for Independent Registered Municipal Advisor Firms Service

The State of Hawaii, located in Honolulu, is seeking information to identify independent registered municipal advisor firms. The selected firm will serve as a municipal advisor to the State and its conduit financing authorities for bonds, notes, and other debt obligations. The agency also requires additional services on an as-needed basis, including special projects. The scope of work covers the fiscal year starting on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2027. The designated advisor will perform all required services offsite. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this undertaking.
