Facilities Master Plan Service

The City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is seeking a qualified consultant to deliver a comprehensive facilities master plan service. The agency requires an in-depth assessment of its existing facilities to identify current conditions, deficiencies, and anticipated future repair and replacement needs. To assist the selected consultant, the agency will provide its long-term fleet management plan and long-term service plan for reference. The scope of work covers a detailed evaluation of major building components, including roofing systems, drainage, exterior walls, windows, doors, lighting, plumbing, emergency systems, fire protection systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, parking surfaces, and supporting infrastructure. The consultant must develop a lifecycle analysis of these major building systems, equipment, and infrastructure, detailing remaining useful life and projected replacement timelines. Additionally, the agency requires planning-level cost estimates for all recommended repairs, improvements, procurement, and expansion options. The project also demands a comprehensive review of potential funding sources for proposed operational, space, fleet, parking, storage, and facility improvements, as well as the expansion of fleet, facility, and operational services. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite, and the budget is open for proposals. The agency has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for June 12, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
