Youth Violence Prevention Consultancy Services

The City of Reading, Pennsylvania requires a lead and strategic planning partner to coordinate, align, and implement its youth violence prevention initiatives. The selected partner will manage multi-sector stakeholder engagement, formalize governance structures, establish operational infrastructure, and execute necessary agreements. Additionally, the partner will lead a comprehensive needs assessment, gather qualitative data, and evaluate existing local services. The scope of work demands the creation of a formal violence reduction plan, the delivery of executive briefings, and the management of meeting logistics. The partner must also ensure participant equity and facilitate peer learning opportunities throughout the contract. The agency expects all performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals from interested parties.
