Portable Communications Support Services

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is seeking a vendor to provide portable communications support services in Cleveland, Ohio. The agency needs a professional services contractor to design, configure, support, and implement an industrial data integration system utilizing Wonderware OMI and MQTT protocols. This system will support portable communication and related systems across the district. The scope of work covers verbal and written communications, including meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications between the consultant, subconsultants, and district staff. The selected contractor must identify specific staff authorized to incur reimbursable expenses, such as travel costs. The contractor must also develop a district-approved, PC-based master spreadsheet to track all contract and subcontract budgets, billings, contract modifications, and invoice actions throughout the project life cycle. The agency requires the contractor and all subconsultants to assure and certify that all invoices are correct, allowable, and formatted according to project invoicing standards. The contractor must identify and resolve all budget and invoicing issues, including subconsultant billing summaries, before including these costs in the contract master invoice. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency permits the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently requesting budget proposals to determine the contract funding.
