Disaster Recovery Services

The government authority located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking disaster recovery services to stabilize and restore its facilities during emergencies. The agency needs a partner capable of providing emergency response services twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, three hundred sixty-five days per year, including weekends, holidays, and district closures. This round-the-clock availability addresses the critical need for immediate stabilization of facilities impacted by vandalism, break-ins, storm damage, fire damage, vehicle impacts, or other disruptive incidents. The scope of work requires a telephone response within fifteen minutes of notification and an on-site response within two hours for emergencies occurring within the city area. The selected provider must possess the ability to mobilize additional personnel, equipment, and resources for district-wide or multi-site emergencies. Specific services requested include board-up and temporary site security, water mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, environmental and biological remediation, debris removal, cleanup, and reconstruction. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the performance of the work is designated as offsite, the provider must meet the rapid physical response times within the Oklahoma City area. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. The contract period will span one year from the date of award.
