The City of Dallas, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive parade planning services. Additionally, the proposal must include a comprehensive program Evaluation Plan that demonstrates the impact of the program, alongside clear communication protocols for informing participants of arrival, start, and end times. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026.
