Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Assessment Service

The City of Newberry, Oregon, is seeking a vendor to develop and complete the Newberry Country Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Assessment. The agency needs to identify existing services, assets, and resources available to local small businesses and entrepreneurs. Through this assessment, the agency aims to distinguish service gaps that can be addressed via improved coordination, capacity expansion, existing resources, or new and redesigned services. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to deliver clear, prioritized, and implementation-ready recommendations for the agency Action Team and its partners. The vendor must also coordinate these efforts with other concurrent entrepreneurial ecosystem planning initiatives taking place in the Central Oregon region. Performance of the work will occur through a combination of onsite and offsite activities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency has established a budget of up to 20,000 USD for this project.
