Disaster Logistics Support Services

The City of Hinesville, Georgia, is seeking one or more standby contractors to provide disaster logistics support services during emergencies, disasters, special events, and other operational needs. The agency is establishing these contracts to ensure immediate operational readiness and resource coordination when crises occur. The selected partners will manage emergency logistics, resource procurement, warehousing, inventory, Point of Distribution operations, donations, base camps, equipment maintenance, fuel support, photo and video documentation, and project management. The agency requires that all participating organizations be based onshore within the United States. The designated work will be performed offsite rather than at a permanent local agency facility. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these standby services. To evaluate financial feasibility, the agency is requesting that bidders submit comprehensive pricing proposals. The agency will evaluate submissions based on the bidder's capability to fulfill the diverse logistics and emergency management scope.
