Commissioning Agent Services

The government authority located in Utah is seeking commissioning agent services to support its facilities. The agency needs a partner to ensure system performance verification, compliance with energy codes, and the achievement of sustainability goals. The selected partner will develop a comprehensive commissioning plan, conduct pre-functional and functional testing, and deliver final commissioning reports. The scope of work requires attending a minimum of fifteen design meetings at milestones such as schematic design, design development, and construction design. The agency requires reviews of design documents at the design development, ninety percent construction documents, and one hundred percent construction documents phases, with a special emphasis on HVAC controls specifications. The chosen partner must also attend contractor trainings for district personnel. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract with a duration of five years.
