Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services

The Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority in Canton, Ohio is seeking solid waste collection and disposal services for seventeen public housing complexes, office buildings, and 264 residential properties. The agency requires weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly collection of residential and small commercial solid waste, as well as limited non-hazardous construction debris. The selected contractor must manage existing operations and provide 95-gallon or 96-gallon roll carts to residents, along with small commercial roll-off containers. The scope of work covers the collection schedule, landfill disposal, and necessary traffic control during operations.
