Portable Communications Support Services

The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is seeking a vendor to provide portable communications support services in Cleveland, Ohio. The agency needs a consultant to design, configure, support, and implement an industrial data integration system utilizing Wonderware OMI and MQTT protocols. This system will support portable communication and related systems across the district. The scope of work covers verbal and written communications, including meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications between the consultant, subconsultants, and district staff. The selected vendor must identify contract staff authorized to incur reimbursable expenses such as travel. The agency also requires the development of a district-approved, PC-based master spreadsheet to track all contract and subcontract budgets, billings, contract modifications, and invoice actions. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the consultant and all subconsultants to assure and certify that invoices are correct, meet project invoicing standards, and resolve all budget issues before including costs in the master invoice. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
