Dermatologist Services

The City of Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive dermatological services for its municipal workforce. The agency needs these services to support prospective and current city employees, recruits, and new hires within the emergency medical services, fire department, and police department, as well as active fire and police personnel. The selected provider will address a wide range of skin conditions through observation, evaluation, research, diagnosis, surgical procedures, and treatment. The scope of work covers clinical care for acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, facial and body hair issues, allergic reactions, skin lesions, cysts, growths, melanoma, and skin cancer. The provider must perform all dermatological observations, evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, and treatments in concurrence with city supervisory personnel. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite at the designated government location in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The city is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit or specific evaluation criteria in the initial request.
