RFI for Independent Registered Municipal Advisor Firms Service

The State of Hawaii, located in Honolulu, is seeking information from independent registered municipal advisor firms to provide advisory services for the fiscal year starting on July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The selected firm will serve as a municipal advisor to the State for bonds, notes, and other debt obligations issued by the State and State conduit financing authorities. The agency also requires additional services as needed from time to time, including special projects. The agency limits eligibility for this opportunity to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
