Media Production Support Services

The City of Coronado, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive media production, live meeting broadcast support, digital programming, and photography services. The agency needs to manage and schedule its 24/7 Government Cable Channel utilizing the Tightrope Cablecast SX2 TV Automation System, which includes organizing City and School District content for live broadcast and rebroadcast. The selected contractor will operate all city-owned audio, video, and broadcast equipment located within the City Council Chambers and associated control rooms. The scope of work requires producing and broadcasting up to one public workshop, special meeting, or community presentation per month. The agency requires live streaming services for meetings on the municipal website and other designated platforms, as well as the integration of remote participants using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. Additionally, the service provider must manage professional on-screen graphics and fulfill duplication and archival requests associated with public records requests. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
