Open Market Video Productions Service

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking a contractor to provide professional quality open market video productions and other audiovisual support. The agency needs these video productions to address specific training, information, and communication objectives. The selected contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to produce complete video productions or to supplement government audiovisual efforts. The scope of work covers script development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution of final deliverables. Complete video productions must normally include script research, creative approaches, treatments, draft and final scripts with production breakdowns, casting of professional talent, and pre-production planning. The contractor must also perform sound stage or location photography, post-production editorial phases, art, animation, motion graphic creation, and the delivery of final Section 508-compliant masters featuring closed captioning and audio description. The agency is restricting eligibility for this opportunity to United States onshore entities under a total small business set-aside. The contractor must perform the work onsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
