Streamside Planting Outreach Strategy Service

The agency is seeking a design, marketing, engagement, or communications consultant to develop and implement a streamside planting outreach strategy. This project aims to solve a perception problem by shifting how land managers view restoration organizations. The strategy must reframe these organizations from being seen as prescriptive with unrealistic expectations to being collaborative partners who offer individualized, land manager-aligned solutions. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to build this outreach strategy based on previous agency reports. The vendor must create strategic branding, messaging, and accessible content. This content must translate complex ecological science into language that directly resonates with the specific needs and goals of local land managers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The budget for this project is up to 50,000 USD.
