Strategic Plan Consultant Services

The issuing agency is seeking a strategic plan consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive, evidence-informed strategic planning and engagement process. This initiative must reflect the needs of patients, families, staff, physicians, learners, partners, and the broader community. The selected vendor will design and lead the planning process, develop and execute a stakeholder engagement approach, and conduct environmental and jurisdictional scans. The scope of work also requires the consultant to facilitate sessions with leadership, staff, and key stakeholders. The vendor must synthesize all findings into clear strategic directions and priorities. Finally, the provider will support the development of a final Strategic Plan document. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations operating onshore. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite, meaning the vendor must carry out the work in their own office location. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
