Recycling Journey Residential Recycling Campaign Service

The County is seeking a marketing contractor to design and implement a residential recycling campaign promoting the recycling journey initiative. This campaign aims to help residents better understand what happens to materials after they are placed in recycling bins, with the goal of increasing public understanding of the recycling system, improving recycling behavior, and encouraging correct recycling practices. The selected contractor must manage direct mail outreach, including design, printing, and postage services, as well as digital advertising and social media campaign development. The scope of work also covers short video or animation promotion, website promotion and integration, email marketing, and public relations outreach. Additionally, the contractor must develop community engagement materials and educational graphics or infographics. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite, and only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
