Employee Relations Investigative Services

The government authority located in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide employee relations investigative services. The agency needs to address and resolve internal issues by conducting or assisting with administrative investigations regarding grievances, employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation, and regulatory violations or non-compliance. The selected partner will conduct or assist with grievance investigations and perform interviews with all required parties, including witnesses, complainants, victims, and principles. The scope of work also requires the provider to organize and index all documents related to the investigations.
