Workplace Investigations, Assessments and Mediation Services

The government authority in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a consultant to provide workplace investigations, assessments, and mediation services. The selected provider must deliver professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all investigation and advisory services. The scope of work covers three primary areas. For workplace investigations, the agency requires interviewing involved parties, assessing the credibility of the parties and their statements, determining findings for each allegation and policy violation, and producing an investigation report. For workplace assessments, the consultant must identify issues, formulate solutions for resolutions including drafting policies and procedures, and review existing policies and procedures. For mediation services, the provider must help resolve employment-related disputes. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
