Printing and Mailing Services

The government authority located in Woodstock, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services. The agency needs to prepare mail pieces for first-class delivery, which includes printing, cutting, folding, and inserting materials. The project requires printing voter names, addresses, voter IDs, and bar-coded voter IDs on the application forms, as well as printing delivery addresses and required postal information on the outside of the envelopes. The scope of work requires printing in black ink only, with no color printing required. The selected vendor must sort the mailing list to secure the most economical postal rate and physically deliver the completed mail pieces to the post office. Proposals must encompass all base components of the project, including paper, envelopes, and all associated preparation and mailing services. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year.
