The agency requires a central reporting station capable of responding to and notifying the city of any activated alarms within one minute of detection. For non-emergency calls, the agency requires an on-site service technician to respond within forty-eight hours of notification. The scope of work includes monitoring, maintenance, inspection, and repairs, with the agency providing specific call-down and point-of-contact lists for each covered location. The agency designates standard working hours, classifying any unauthorized work performed between 5:01 PM and 6:59 AM on weekdays, or anytime on Saturdays and Sundays, as overtime. The agency requires all offsite operations and monitoring services to be conducted from the provider's office location within the United States. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
