The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide community engagement services to support the implementation of the agency urban forest plan. The selected provider must develop and implement a comprehensive project management plan to guide all work activities, schedules, communication, and documentation. Additionally, the agency requires an urban forest engagement plan that staff will use to guide future engagement goals and strategies. The scope of work includes developing visually engaging, easy-to-understand educational materials for future engagement strategies. The provider must also design and identify engagement events utilizing formats, locations, times, and languages best suited to meet the goals of specific audiences and topics. All performance of the work must occur onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital response submissions via email or online. A virtual, optional pre-bid meeting will take place on June 15, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026.
